We offer a variety of Enhancers and Boosters that can improve existing flavor or mask certain off-notes, which may be related to functional ingredients. Our base flavors for choco-hazelnut spreads give a distinctive profile of the Italian Piemontese hazelnut and Gianduia.
Many of our flavors, made by the Italian tradition, have been used in Pralines, to add pleasantness to taste sensations and to increase product acceptance.
